No. 10 is a beautiful traditional Grade 2 listed cottage that provides a stylish and well-equipped base from which to explore everything that Historic Lincoln has to offer.
Whether you are working away from home, enjoying a relaxing city break, visiting the famous Christmas Market, or shopping on picturesque Steep Hill, No. 10's unique touches of comfort and luxury make it a genuine home from home.
A well-equipped shaker-style kitchen opens into the dining room where guests can relax and read next to the wood burning stove or browse the Internet using the complimentary super-fast Wi-Fi. The dining room table with original Ercol chairs, seats 4 for dinner in front of the wood burner and in the summer with the kitchen door open you can listen to the Cathedral bells.
The cosy sitting room has an open brick fireplace, quality furnishings, wooden shutters and a Smart TV. The sitting and dining rooms are perfect spots to relax and listen to music, read or watch TV in comfort.
The cottage sleeps up to 4 guests. Upstairs you will find a well-appointed bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a small double bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with luxury cotton bed linen and white fluffy towels.
The cottage is tastefully decorated with a neutral palette of Farrow and Ball colours and furnished to a high standard, using a mixture of quality furniture and vintage items sourced from the county’s numerous antique fairs. Outside there are two walled seating areas where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a pre-dinner drink while listening to the Cathedral bells. A parking permit for one car is provided.

Location
Although centrally located in the Cathedral Quarter, Mill Road is an extremely quiet location, perfectly placed for a relaxing stay. You can see the Cathedral from the window in the back bedroom and the tips of the sails of Ellis windmill can be admired from the front bedroom window.
Regrettably, we do not accept children under 12
or pets.
